About The Role
We're looking for a part-time Fulfillment Team Member to join our Operations team in Apopka, FL. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, eager to learn, and passionate about plants. Must be available at least 3 days per week, including one weekend day.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and stage packaging supplies to maintain production readiness.
- Inspect plant quality for shipping, ensuring products meet brand standards.
- Assemble packages efficiently and prepare orders for shipping while maintaining expected production timelines.
- Utilize various shipping and logistic software to print labels and process orders.
- Unloads freight deliveries as well as sorting and stocking receivables.
- Record and escalate issues to Operations Manager, ensuring that contents are not missing or incorrect.
- Maintain a clean and neat working environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work productively as a team
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized & computer literate
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Schedule Requirements:
- You must be available on weekdays and preferably some weekends
- You must be flexible to work between 6 and 8 hour shifts
- You must be available to work during heavy traffic sales
- Available to work during retail black out periods and holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
