BWH Plant Co "Tag Your Thai Constellation" Contest Rules

Age and Residency: Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Exclusions: Employees, interns, influencers, affiliates, collabs members, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of BWH Plant Co, its affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible. Additionally, influencers and affiliates involved in promoting BWH Plant Co are excluded from participating.
Legal Residents: The contest is open only to those residing in the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

Entry Period: Entries for the #BWHPlantMail challenge must be submitted by May 31, 2024.
Finalist Selection: BWH will select 12 finalists from the challenge entries and post their content on Instagram on June 7, 2024.
Public Voting: Begins on June 7, 2024, via a comment voting poll on Instagram and will end July 1st at 9 a.m. ET.

No Purchase Necessary: Entry into the contest does not require a purchase or payment of any kind and will not increase your chances of winning.
Method of Entry: Entrants must submit a photo of their Monstera ‘Thai Constellation’ via the official contest portal (#bwhplantmail) on Instagram. Each entry must be the original work of the entrant.
Profile Visibility and Post Requirements: Entrants’ profiles must be public to be eligible, and each entry should be submitted through a dedicated post during the month of May to ensure it is considered for the contest.

Voting: The public can vote by commenting on the Instagram posts starting June 7, 2024.
Selection of Winners: The winners will be determined by the total number of votes their respective repost receives on @bwhplantco’s Instagram.
Prizes for Engagement: The top 3 posts with the highest number of votes by 9 a.m. ET July 1, 2024, will win the prizes noted in rule 5.
Voting Period Ends: July 1st at 9 a.m. ET.
Announcement of Winners: Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM on July 1, 2024.

Acceptance of Rules: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of BWH Plant Co, which are final and binding.
Data Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the BWH Plant Co’s privacy policy.
Limitations of Liability: BWH Plant Co is not responsible for any errors that may prevent an entrant from submitting their entry.

Dispute Resolution: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and BWH Plant Co in connection with the contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
Usage Rights: Anyone who submits photos with the hashtag #bwhplantmail agree to grant BWH Plant Co and its affiliates the irrevocable right to use, publish, and republish such photographs for any lawful purpose, including advertising and promotional purposes. This agreement includes the right to modify and copyright the images under any name the company chooses.
Hashtag Usage: Use of the hashtag #bwhplantmail constitutes consent to the use of the images across any media without the need for further inspection or approval.
BWH Plant Co holds no liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of the image, and no compensation will be paid for such use. These terms are binding and apply to all participants regardless of any future changes in their association with BWH Plant Co.

Compliance with Instagram Rules: This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta or Instagram. Entrants are providing information to BWH Plant Co and not to Instagram. We will never ask for personal financial information.
